Email us and we'll get back to you, usually within 1–2 business days:
Subscriptions & billing
- Manage or cancel: open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → UARC → cancel or change your plan. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.
- Restore purchases: in UARC, open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases to bring back an active subscription on a new device.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your account & data
- Delete your account: email us from your account address and we will delete your account and associated data.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy.
- Terms: see our Terms of Use.
Common questions
- Switch language: UARC is Arabic and English — change it in the app's Settings.
- Something looks wrong? Email us with your device model and a screenshot and we'll sort it out.

راسلنا بالإيميل ونرد عليك، عادة خلال يوم إلى يومين عمل:
الاشتراك والفوترة
- الإدارة أو الإلغاء: افتح تطبيق الإعدادات في الآيفون ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات ← UARC ← ألغِ أو غيّر خطتك. الاشتراك يُفوتر عبر حساب Apple ID.
- استعادة المشتريات: افتح صفحة الاشتراك داخل UARC واضغط Restore Purchases لإرجاع اشتراكك على جهاز جديد.
- الاسترجاع (Refund): يتم عبر Apple على reportaproblem.apple.com.
حسابك وبياناتك
- حذف الحساب: راسلنا من إيميل حسابك ونحذف حسابك وبياناتك.
- الخصوصية: راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
- الشروط: راجع شروط الاستخدام.
أسئلة شائعة
- تغيير اللغة: UARC بالعربي والإنجليزي — غيّرها من إعدادات التطبيق.
